My expertise includes real estate sales management, performance-driven marketing, CRM–ERP ecosystems, multi-channel lead management, content and media strategy, and digital transformation, supported by strong proficiency in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, AR/VR, and data-led marketing platforms.

As an entrepreneur, I have founded and scaled multiple ventures—Brandniti5, PropFyndX, and Ishtaan Real Estate Advisory—serving 700+ leading corporate, real estate, and global clients across India, the Middle East, the UK, and other emerging markets. I hold an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Graphics & Animation. I began my career as a technology specialist with pioneering real estate portals such as Mymakaan.com and Indiaproperties.com, before moving into senior marketing and sales leadership roles with developers including G: Corp Developers and Peninsula Land Limited, and subsequently into entrepreneurship and advisory leadership.
